Could use improvements

Suggestions for developers:
• Add a compass calibration screen
• Use more natural-sounding language in notifications
• Exclude prayer time in notifications (time elapsed is displayed with alerts)
• Support iPad
• Add option for Al Ojairi Calendar as calculation method for Kuwait (prayer times from this calendar are official)
• Shorten athan length to first "Allahu akbar, Allahu akbar"
• Add more athan sounds
• Use consistent design across iOS and OS X
